It’s Time To Focus On You (Your Kids are Fine)

You’ve got everyone organized for September. School supplies are purchased, lunches are packed and photos were taken to record the milestones.

Now it’s finally time to focus on you and your health.

Let’s face it, summer was fun but it took a toll on you both physically and mentally. There were BBQs, cocktails, vacation indulgences, extra snacking and trips to the ice-cream shop.

I get it, summer is short, you want to enjoy it and create awesome memories.

The other night I was out for drinks with my girlfriends and we ended the night at my favourite ice-cream shop. It was a great evening but I woke up with a sugar hangover the next day. I wanted a pot of coffee, not a mug and by 1 pm I was dying for a nap.

This wasn’t how I wanted to feel. I wanted to wake up feeling rested, energized and ready to tackle the day.

I’m sure you do too.

It’s time to get organized and dial down the sugar and increase the energizing whole foods. Maybe you are thinking it’s time start meal planning again.

What you are doing now isn’t working. Something has to give and you don’t want it to be your health. You have too many special people depending on you.

I know making changes can be overwhelming and it can be difficult to even know where to start.

Don’t worry, I’ve got you covered.
