The Secret to Getting Tasty and Nutritious Dinners on the Table Night after Night!

The secret to getting tasty delicious dinners on the table night after night is meal planning.

Okay, meal planning is not really a secret but we all know that it helps us save time, money and eat healthier.

Who doesn’t want that?

Full disclosure: I have a love/hate relationship with meal planning. It’s something I always seem to be struggling with and I know I’m not alone.

Many of my clients and friends have told me that they want to reap the rewards of meal planning but haven’t been able to make it a habit.

Meal planning does require some discipline but it doesn’t have to be complicated.

I don’t advise browsing Pinterest for a new system unless you are prepared to cover your fridge with blackboard paint or design a color coded binder.

If you are a fan of DIY projects, knock yourself out but I’ll be using my whiteboard and dry-erase markers. The tools you use to meal plan don’t matter, it’s a simple repeatable system that counts.

Actually, that’s not entirely true. Accountability and support are really what make the difference when you are trying to make a new habit stick.

You can have the best system in the world but if you don’t use it, you are back to being a meal planning drop-out.

I’m sick and tired of failing at meal planning and I’m sure you are too!

That’s why I’ve created a FREE 5 Day Meal Planning Challenge to transform us into meal planning divas. Divas know what they want and commit to making it happen.

How does the challenge work?

Each day you will receive an action item in your inbox that you can complete in less than 10 minutes. At the end of the 5 days you will have a week’s worth of meals planned and scheduled.

You will also leave with a meal template and a planning system that will make meal planning for next month, a snap. You can do this!

To dial up the “fun factor” and accountability, you can also participate in the 5 Day Meal Planning Challenge on Instagram. Follow me @funtfitfood and use #mealplanningdropout on your posts.

The FREE 5 Day meal planning challenge starts on March 9, 2015.
