Pumpkin Cheesecake and Chili Recipes
I need to make a pumpkin dessert for our family’s Thanksgiving dinner this year. I can’t remember what I made last year but I do remember buying a gluten-free pumpkin pie from the farmers market the year before. It was okay but this year I’m craving pumpkin cheesecake.
Our family doesn’t eat dairy very often and we’ve decided to take a break from eggs to see if it helps clear up our toddler’s skin issues. But I’m going to use the crust from this recipe to make it grain-free.

Actually I have a whole pumpkin sitting on my counter so I’m definitely going to make some pumpkin chili and report back. Chili really isn’t my thing but I do LOVE pumpkin.
Can pumpkin rescue my chili? I hope so because chili is a crowd pleasing comfort food that’s actually nutritious (if executed properly).
