Meal Plan #2

This is another typical week at our house. We cooked 5 meals and used leftovers for lunches.

1. BBQ Steak and Veggies

Season your steak with your favourite rub or steak spice and grill. Toss chopped veggies with olive oil, salt, pepper and wrap in tinfoil. We did zucchini in one pack and yams in the other.

Bonus: No pots to wash!

2. Tuna Bake

This dish uses canned tuna, purple cabbage and magic sauce. When was the last time you ate tuna casserole? The magic sauce is the key. Add a side green salad to round out the meal.

3. Crock-pot Apple Pork chops

Steam some broccoli and serve it with rice and you’re done!

4. Egg Bake Casserole

Use up the veggies in your refrigerator. Eggs are a delicious and inexpensive protein. Add a green salad on the side.

5. Crock-pot Chicken Curry

A week at our house wouldn’t be complete without chicken curry and rice. Serve with raw veggie sticks and you have a winner!
