Happy New Year!

January has to be one of my favourite months of the year. I love setting goals and launching new programs. 2012 is going to be full of wonderful partnerships for A Healthy Journey. I’m really looking forward to working with fantastic fitness companies to bring you the programs you need and the results you desire.
